Ingredients
▢
Fruit Cake / Plum Cake - 250 grams
▢
Rum - 3 tblsp
▢
Marie Biscuit Crumbs - 2 cups
▢
Melted Chocolate - 100 grams melted
▢
Honey - 3 tblsp
▢
Crushed Nuts - ¼ cup
▢
Dark Chocolate - 2 cups
Instructions
▢
Take all ingredients in a bowl for except chocolate and mix well.
▢
Take small portion and roll it into balls.
▢
Place it in fridge or freezer for 30 mins to 1 hour.
▢
Melt dark chocolate in microwave for few seconds or melt in double boiler till smooth.
▢
Take the balls from fridge and coat it in chocolate.
▢
Remove and set aside till it hardens.
▢
Serve.
