Sulaimani Tea Recipe | Sulaimani Chai Recipe

This is one of my all time favorite tea or chai. It is not only easy to make but taste amazing when served piping hot.

Ingredients

  • cup Water
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1 piece Cinnamon
  • 3 Cardamom
  • 1 Star anise - 1
  • 2 Cloves
  • ½ tsp Tea Powder
  • Jaggery to taste
  • Lemon Juice to taste

Instructions

  • Bring water to a boil. Add all ingredients except tea and jaggery.
  • Simmer the spices in water for 3 mins.
  • Add tea and boil for 2 more mins.
  • Add in jaggery and mix well.
  • Add lemon juice and strain.
  • Serve hot.
