Ingredients

  • Bread Slices as needed
  • Onion - 1 chopped finely
  • Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely
  • Thick Unsour Curd - ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - ½ tsp
  • Roasted Cumin powder - ½ tsp
  • Chilli Powder - ¼ tsp

Instructions

  • Mix onion, chillies,salt, sugar and mix well.
  • Add in curd and mix well.
  • Add n cumin powder, chilli powder and mix well.
  • Take bread and spread raita and cover it.
  • Cook it golden in some ghee.
  • Serve.
