Ingredients
▢
Aval / Poha - 2 cups
▢
Curd - ½ cup
▢
Milk - 1 cup or as needed
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Ghee - 1 tsp
▢
Mustard seeds / Kaduku - ¼ tsp
▢
Urad dal / Ulundu - ½ tsp
▢
Cumin Seeds - ¼ tsp
▢
Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya podi a pinch
▢
Curry leaves a sprig
▢
Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely
▢
Coriander leaves - 2 tblsp
Instructions
▢
Mix poha with water, curd and milk. Add salt and mix well.
▢
Heat ghee and add all ingredients. Let them sizzle.
▢
Pour this over poha and mix well.
▢
Serve cold.
