Ingredients
▢
Mustard Oil - 2 tblsp
▢
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - ½ tsp
▢
Potato - 2 peeled and chopped
▢
Brinjal - 2 chopped
▢
Tomato - 1 chopped
▢
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
▢
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Salt to taste
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan till smoking. Then reduce the flame and add in cumin seeds.
▢
Add in potatoes and fry till golden. Add in brinjal and mix well.
▢
Add in tomatoes, salt and cover and cook for 5 mins till it is done.
▢
Add in chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
▢
Serve.
