No Bake Bread Cake Recipe is an easy cake made with sliced bread, fresh cream and cherries. Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 slices White Bread

For Sugar Syrup

For Decorating Cake

  • 2 cups Whipped Cream
  • 1 tsp Chocolate Sprinkles
  • 6 Cherry

Instructions

  • Take sugar, hot water, vanilla extract in a bowl and mix well till sugar is completely melted. Set aside so the syrup gets cold.
  • Take bread slices in a cutting board, use a serrated knife to remove the crust off. Set aside.
  • Dollop a spoon of whipped cream on a serving plate. Place a bread slice on top of the cream. Brush the top of the bread with sugar syrup generously. Spoon some whipped cream on top of the bread and spread evenly. Place another slice of bread and brush sugar syrup on it. Add whipped cream followed by brea slice. Repeat this all over the bread.
  • Spread cream all over the bread. Decorate the cake with sprinkles and cherries. Place the cake in fridge for 2 hours. Slice the cake and serve cold.

Notes

  • White bread gives better texture for this cake recipe. If you want you can use sweet bread or any fruit bread. Brioche bread and tutti fruity bread are great in this recipe.
  • You can add any flavouring extract instead of vanilla extract.
  • When layering bread slices with cream, sprinkle chopped fruits like pineapple, oranges, mandarin, strawberries, cherries for fruit cake.
