Ingredients
▢
Eggs - 3
▢
Sugar - 1 cup
▢
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
▢
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
▢
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Salt a pinch
▢
Hot Milk - ½ cup
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line ccaaaa and set aside.
▢
Take eggs in a bowl and beat till creamy and fluffy.
▢
Add in sugar little by little and beat again.
▢
Add vanilla and mix well.
▢
Add in flour, salt, baking powder and fold gently.
▢
Add in hot milk and fold gently.
▢
Spoon it into pan and bake for 30 to 40 mins.
▢
Remove and cool completely. Slice and serve.
▢
Serve.
