Tomato Besan Chilla Recipe

Delicious healthy breakfast made using gram flour. It is very filling and taste fantastic. This besan chilla is so good.

Ingredients

  • Besan / Gram Flour / Kadalai mavu - 1 cup
  • Tomato - 1 chopped finely
  • Onion - ½ chopped finely
  • Green Chilli - 2 chopped finely
  • Coriander Leaves - 3 tblsp chopped finely
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi a pinch
  • Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
  • Water as needed
  • Oil as needed

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter.
  • Make dosa and drizzle oil around the sides.
  • Flip over when golden.
  • Serve.
