Ingredients
▢
Besan / Gram Flour / Kadalai mavu - 1 cup
▢
Tomato - 1 chopped finely
▢
Onion - ½ chopped finely
▢
Green Chilli - 2 chopped finely
▢
Coriander Leaves - 3 tblsp chopped finely
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
▢
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi a pinch
▢
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
▢
Water as needed
▢
Oil as needed
Instructions
▢
Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter.
▢
Make dosa and drizzle oil around the sides.
▢
Flip over when golden.
▢
Serve.
