Gnocchi with Garlic Butter Sauce
Delicious gnocchi with a salty garlic butter sauce. This is best served hot with this garlic butter sauce or tomato sauce.

Ingredients

Potato - 2 medium size boiled
peeled
▢
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 ½ cup
▢
Salt - ½ tsp
▢
Butter - ¼ cup
▢
Garlic - 2 tsp grated
▢
Coriander Leaves - 3 tblsp chopped finely
Instructions
▢
Boil potatoes, mash it well. Add in salt and flour and mix well to form a dough.
▢
Roll it into a log. Cut it into small pieces. Roll each gnocchi in fork and set aside.
▢
Bring it to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook for 1 to 2 min till gnocchi floats on top.
▢
Heat butter in a pan. Add in grated garlic and saute for a min.
▢
Add gnocchi and toss well.
▢
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
▢
Serve hot.
