Ingredients
▢
Chicken - 1 kg cut into pieces
▢
Badam - 50 grams
▢
Cream - ¼ cup
▢
Kasuri methi leaves - 2 tblsp
▢
Green chillies - 6
▢
Mint leaves - 1 cup
▢
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
▢
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tblsp
▢
Curd / Yogurt - ¼ cup
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Black Pepper to taste
▢
Lemon Juice - 4 tblsp
▢
Oil - ¼ cup
Instructions
▢
Make deep slashes on chicken.
▢
Grind all ingredients together to a smooth paste
▢
Pour over chicken and mix well. Leave to marinate for atleast 4 hours or overnight.
▢
Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
▢
Arrange in a baking tray and bake for 45 mins. Flip inbetween and continue baking,
▢
Serve hot.
