Ingredients
▢
Raisin - 1 cup
▢
Sugar - ¾ cup or 1 cup
▢
Water - 1 ¼ cup
▢
Butter - ⅔ cup
▢
Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
▢
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 cup
▢
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - 1 tsp
▢
Salt a pinch
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 160 degree C.
▢
Take raisin, water, sugar, butter and cinnamon in a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil. Simmer for 5 mins.Set aside to cool.

Take flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mix well.
▢
Add in cooled raisin mix.
▢
Fold gently.
▢
Spoon it into baking pan. Bake for 55 mins to 1 hour.
▢
Remove and cool completely.
▢
Slice and serve.
