Treacle & Gingerbread Ice Cream Recipe
Delicious caramel flavoured icecream which has bits of ginger biscuits all over them. It taste delicious on a hit summer day or even on a cold day.

Ingredients
FOR SAUCE:
▢
Treacle - 3 tblsp
▢
Sugar - ½ cup
▢
Butter - 1 tblsp
▢
Milk - 3 tblsp
FOR CREAM:
▢
Whipping Cream - 2 cups
▢
Ginger Biscuits - 10 crushed
Instructions
▢
Take all ingredients in a sauce pan. Boil for 2 to 3 mins. Set aside to cool.
▢
Take whipping cream in a bowl and whip till stiff.
▢
Add in crushed biscuits and syrup. Mix well.
▢
Freeze overnight.
▢
Scoop and serve.
