Ingredients
▢
Oil - 1 tblsp
▢
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - ½ tsp
▢
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - ½ tsp
▢
Onion - 1 chopped finely
▢
Quail Eggs - 15 boiled
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Coriander Leaves - 2 tblsp chopped finely
Instructions
▢
Boil quail eggs for 5 mins, peel them and set aside.
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
▢
Add in onions and cook till golden.
▢
Add in quail egg and mix well.
▢
Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
▢
Add in pepper powder and coriander leaves.
▢
Mix and serve.
