Ingredients
▢
Potatoes - 4 to 5 peeled and chopped
▢
Mustard Oil - 2 tblsp
▢
Kalonji / Kalo Jeera / Nigella Seeds - ½ tsp
▢
Dry Red Chilli - 2
▢
Onion - 1 sliced
▢
Green Chillies - 2 slit
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Sugar - ½ tsp
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add in kalo jeera, dry red chillies and fry for a min.
▢
Add in potatoes, onions and mix well.
▢
Add salt, green chilli and turmeric powder and mix well.
▢
Cook till potatoes are fried and cooked.
▢
Add in sugar and mix well.
▢
Serve.
