Ingredients

Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup
120 grams
▢
Honey - ¾ cup
180 ml
▢
Milk - ½ cup
120 ml
▢
Oil - ¼ cup
60 ml
▢
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
▢
Egg- 1
(MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ML)
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
▢
Take flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
▢
Take egg, honey, oil and milk in a bowl and mix well.
▢
Add in flour mix and fold gently.
▢
Spoon it into baking pan and bake for 35 to 40 mins.
▢
Remove and cool completely before slicing.
▢
