Cabbage Chapati Recipe

Healthy lunch box which includes chapati, chips and egg. This is a balanced lunch box which is easy to make and taste delicious.

Ingredients

FOR CHAPATI:

  • Wheat flour / Atta - 1 cup
  • Cabbage - ½ cup chopped very finely
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil or Ghee for making chapati

FOR CARROT CHIPS:

  • Carrot - 1 sliced thinly
  • Cornflour - 2 tblsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Take flour, cabbage, salt in a bowl and mix well. Add water and knead to a soft dough.
  • Set aside for 10 mins.
  • Divide into small balls.
  • Roll it into chapati.Cook on a hot pan till cooked. Apply oil or ghee when cooking.
  • Now make carrot chips. mix all ingredients except oil.
  • Mix well.
  • Deep fry till crispy. Drain.
  • Serve.
