Ingredients
FOR CHAPATI:

Wheat flour / Atta - 1 cup
▢
Cabbage - ½ cup chopped very finely
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Water as needed
▢
Oil or Ghee for making chapati
FOR CARROT CHIPS:
▢
Carrot - 1 sliced thinly
▢
Cornflour - 2 tblsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Water as needed
▢
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
▢
Take flour, cabbage, salt in a bowl and mix well. Add water and knead to a soft dough.
▢
Set aside for 10 mins.
▢
Divide into small balls.
▢
Roll it into chapati.Cook on a hot pan till cooked. Apply oil or ghee when cooking.
▢
Now make carrot chips. mix all ingredients except oil.
▢
Mix well.
▢
Deep fry till crispy. Drain.
▢
Serve.
