Ingredients
▢
For Beetroot Dough:
▢
Wheat flour - 2 cups
▢
Raw Beetroot Puree - ½ cup
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Oil or ghee for frying
▢
For Filling:
▢
Paneer - 1 cup crumbled
▢
Garlic - 2 cloves
▢
Dry Red Chillies - 2
▢
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Salt to taste
Instructions
▢
Grind beetroot and add to wheat flour with salt. Knead to a soft dough.
▢
Take all ingredients for filling and mix well.
▢
Take some dough, spoon filling in and seal it.
▢
Roll it.
▢
Cook on hot pan applying some ghee on top.
▢
Serve.
