Ingredients
▢
Dosa Batter as needed
▢
Oil - 1 tblsp + 1 tblsp
▢
Dry Red Chilli - 4 to 5
▢
Garlic - 4 to 5
▢
Onion - 1 large chopped
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Tamarind a small piece
▢
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - ½ tsp
▢
Curry leaves - a sprig
▢
Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi - a pinch
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add in dry red chilli and garlic and roast them.
▢
Add in onions and salt and cook for 2 mins. Add tamarind and mix well.
▢
Take the mix in a blender and puree coarse.
▢
Take it in a bowl.
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, curry leaves and asafoetida. Pour it into the chutney and mix well.
▢
Serve.
▢
For making dosa, spread dosa batter and drizzle oil around the sides. Spread chutney all over it and cook till golden.

Serve.
