Ingredients

Yellow Corn Flour / Makki Atta- 1 cup
▢
Rice Flour - ½ cup
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Hot Water as needed
Instructions
▢
Take rice flour, makki atta, salt and in a bowl.
▢
Add hot water and make it to a soft dough,
▢
Fill the dough into idiyappam press and press idiyappam in idli plate.
▢
Steam for 5 to 6 mins.
▢
Serve.
