Ingredients
▢
Ripe Plantain / Nendrapazham - 2 to 4
▢
Oil for deep frying
FOR STUFFING:
▢
Poha / Aval - 1 cup
▢
Jaggery - ½ cup grated
▢
Coconut - ¼ cup
▢
Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Ghee - 1 tsp
FOR BATTER:
▢
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
▢
Sugar - ¼ cup
▢
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ¼ tsp
▢
Water as needed
Instructions
▢
Take poha in a bowl, add water and soak it for 1 min. Squeeze out the water and take it in a bowl. Add all ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

Mix all ingredients for batter to a thick batter. Set aside.
▢
Take ripe banana, cut some banana from the middle. Stuff with the filling. Coat it in the batter.
▢
Drop in hot oil and fry till golden brown on all sides.
▢
Drain and serve hot.
