Ingredients

  • Carrot - 1 cubed
  • Potato - 1 peeled and cubed
  • Peas - ½ cup
  • Cauliflower - 1 cup cut into florets
  • Broccoli - 1 cup cut into florets
  • Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 tblsp
  • Lemon Juice to taste

Instructions

  • Take all veggies in a steamer and steam for 7 to 10 mins.
  • Take it in a bowl, add salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Serve.
