Weight loss tea, spiced drink has abundant health benefits. It helps in reducing excess fat and along with exercise and proper healthy eating you can reduce lots of weight.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 piece Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds

Instructions

  • Take water and spices in a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 5 mins.
  • Turn off the heat and let it sit for 2 mins.
  • Strain and serve.

1)You can consume it early in the morning and at night before going to bed.
2)Along with this and little exercise and healthy eating you can lose weight considerably.
3)This is not at all bad for health. Since it is made using normal spices.
4)This promotes digestion.
