Take garlic, ginger, curry leaves in a blender and puree roughly without adding water. It will be a coarse paste.
Take chicken in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients along with the ground ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Mix really well. Leave to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Heat oil for deep frying. Drop chicken in hot oil and Deep fry till golden. It will take around 3 to 4mins.
