Ingredients

Bread Slices - 4
▢
Eggs - 4
▢
Mozzarella Cheese - 1 cup
▢
Tomato Sauce or Pizza Sauce - as needed
▢
Italian Seasoning to taste
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Pepper to taste
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 200 degree c. Grease a muffin mould with oil and set aside.
▢
Take your bread slices and cut it into pieces. Place a square piece in the bottom of the muffin mould. Place the other bread slices around the edges.
▢
Spoon some tomato sauce, cheese and an egg inside it. Season with salt, pepper and italian seasoning.
▢
Pop this in oven and bake for 10 to 12 mins.
▢
Serve.
Notes
1)You can add any cheese in this or even skip the cheese.
2)You can add any chopped veggies in it as well.
