Delicious veg puff which is made from scratch. This is so good with a cup of tea or coffee. You will love it. Veg puff using frozen puff pastry sheets and homemade puff pastry.

Ingredients

Puff pastry
▢

Onion
sliced
▢

tbsp
Oil

Tomato
chopped

Ginger Garlic Paste

Green chilli
chopped
▢

carrot
chopped
▢

potato
chopped
▢

tsp
chilli powder
▢

tsp
turmeric powder

tsp
garam masala powder

Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan. Add in onions and season with a touch of salt. Saute for 2 mins or so.

Add in green chillies and saute for a min
▢
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
▢
Add in tomatoes and cook for 2 mins or so.
▢
Add little turmeric powder and mix well.
▢
Add in chopped vegetables and mix well. Pour little water and cover. Cook on low for 10 mins.
▢
Add little garam masala powder and chilli powder. Mix well.
▢
Take your puff pastry sheets, Roll it into a sheet. Fill this in your puff pastry sheets. Fold and arrange in a baking tray,

Brush top with beaten egg. Bake it in a 220 degree C preheated oven for 20 to 25 mins.

Remove and cool for 5 mins.
▢
Serve.
