Kachumber Salad

Simple kachumber salad which has a mixture of chopped vegetables tossed with some lemon juice and seasoning. Kachumber taste amazing with pulao or roti.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Cucumber chopped
  • 1 large Tomato chopped
  • 1 large Onion chopped finely
  • 1 Green chilli chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped finely
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Mix all your ingredients in a bowl. Toss well and serve immediately.
