Seem Paal Sweet Recipe

Delicious sweet made using seem paal or colostrum milk. The sweet is so easy to make but taste so delicious and very nutritious too.

Ingredients

  • 2 liter Seem Paal
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder

Instructions

  • Take seem paal in a large pot. Bring it to a boil. Once it boils it will separate.
  • Now keep cooking this till it reduces in half.
  • Add in jaggery or sugar and cook till thickens.
  • Add in cardamom and dry ginger powder. Mix well.
  • Serve.

Notes

  1. If you can't get colostrum milk, you can make this sweet with plain milk.
  2. Instead of jaggery, try adding sugar.
  3. Use a large pot for making this sweet which will make the sweet cook faster and sooner.
  4. You can use any flavoring as you prefer.
