Paneer Cheese Toast | Kids Snack Recipes

Paneer cheese toast is a simple evening snack for kids. It has bread which is spread with paneer and cheese filling toasted till golden brown.

Ingredients

  • Paneer - 1 cup grated
  • Cheese - ¼ cup grated
  • Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tblspn
  • Italian Seasoning - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Bread Slices - 2 to 4
  • Butter as needed

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except red chilli flakes, bread and butter.
  • Take bread slice, spread butter on it and top with the paneer filling. Top with some cheese, Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top.
  • Heat a nonstick pan, or use a oven to grill this.
  • If you are using nonstick pan, heat the pan, place bread side down and cook till light golden. flip over and cook till golden brown.
  • If using oven, preheat oven to grill mode on 250 degree C. Place the bread slice near the grill rack and grill for 1 or 2 mins till golden.
  • Remove it and cool for a min.
  • Cut it and serve.
