Ingredients
▢
Paneer - 1 cup grated
▢
Cheese - ¼ cup grated
▢
Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely
▢
Mayonnaise - 1 tblspn
▢
Italian Seasoning - 1 tsp
▢
Oregano - ½ tsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
▢
Bread Slices - 2 to 4
▢
Butter as needed
Instructions
▢
Mix all ingredients except red chilli flakes, bread and butter.
▢
Take bread slice, spread butter on it and top with the paneer filling. Top with some cheese, Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top.

Heat a nonstick pan, or use a oven to grill this.
▢
If you are using nonstick pan, heat the pan, place bread side down and cook till light golden. flip over and cook till golden brown.
▢
If using oven, preheat oven to grill mode on 250 degree C. Place the bread slice near the grill rack and grill for 1 or 2 mins till golden.
▢
Remove it and cool for a min.
▢
Cut it and serve.
