Cranberry Sauce Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 ½ cup / 180 grams
  • Salt - ¼ tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - ½ cup / 100 grams
  • Cranberry Sauce - 1 cup Recipe here
  • Oil - ⅓ cup / 80 ml
  • Egg - 1
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 170 degree C. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Take flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  • Now take cranberry sauce, sugar, oil, egg and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add in flour mix in and fold gently. The batter will be quite thick.
  • Now transfer the batter to the pan and bake for 35 to 45 mins untill a toothpick inserted comes clean.
  • Now remove it and cool down for 15 mins.
  • Now remove from pan and cool down completely.
  • Slice and serve.
