Hersheys Chocolate syrup with step by step pictures. The sauce is made using cocoa, sugar and corn flour. You can make chocolate milk syrup with jaggery
Milk - 1.5 cupUse water if you want to store this for longer time - refer notes
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Instructions
Take all the ingredients in a sauce pan except milk. Slowly add in milk and mix well so there is no lumps formed.
Now heat it up. Once it reaches a boiling point, simmer the flame and let it simmer for 5 mins.
The sauce should be on the runny side. It thickens as it stands.
Serve this with cold ice cream.
Notes
This sauce can be stored in fridge in an air tight bottle for 3 to 4 days.
If you want to store this for a long time. Instead of milk add in water. You can store the water made sauce for upto a month in fridge.
