Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour
(120 grams)

cup
Sugar
(100 grams)

Warm Water
(180 ml)

Apple Cider Vinegar
▢

Baking Soda

Salt

Oil

Instructions
▢
Preheat Oven to 180 Degree C. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.

Take warm water, sugar, vanilla, vinegar and oil. Mix well till sugar melts.
▢
Add in instant coffee powder and mix well.
▢
Take wheat flour, baking soda, salt in a bowl and mix well.
▢
Pour the wet ingredients into the wheat flour and mix well.
▢
Spoon the batter into the muffin pan. Don't fill too much, just fill it half way through.
▢
Bake the muffins in oven for 18 to 20 mins.
▢
Remove the muffin pan from oven and leave to cool completely.
▢
Make a batch of your favourite frosting. I made whipped chocolate frosting. I used dark chocolate instead of white.
▢
Pipe the frostinb on the muffins and serve immediately.
