Aglio e Olio | Spaghetti Aglio e Oli Recipe

Ingredients
▢
Spaghetti – 250 gms
▢
Olive Oil – 6 tblspn
▢
Garlic – 6 fat cloves chopped finely
▢
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
▢
Coriander leaves/ Cilantro – 3 tblspn finely chopped
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Water – to cook pasta
Instructions
▢
Bring water to a boil and add salt to it.
▢
Now add in the pasta and cook till al dente or as per package instructions. Set aside.
▢
Now heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic immediately, so that garlic flavours the oil.
▢
When garlic turn light golden. Add chilli flakes and mix well.
▢
Now add in coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
▢
Add the pasta in and toss well.
▢
Serve immediately.
