Indonesian Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • Oil - 3 tblspn
  • Chicken - 1 cup cubed
  • Cooked Rice - 2 to 3 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice to taste
  • Egg - 2
  • Coriander Leaves for garnishing
  • For Grinding:
  • Shallots - 5 peeled
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Dry Red Chillies - 3 to 5

Instructions

  • Take grinding ingredients in a blender and crush lightly.
  • Now heat oil in a kadai. Add the ground masala and cook till raw smell leaves from it.
  • Add salt, sugar, soy sauce and mix well. Add in chicken and stir fry and cook till it is done.
  • Now add in egg and scramble it gently.
  • Add in rice and toss well. Add in lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Serve.
