No Bake Chocolate Coconut Bars Recipe

Ingredients

  • Oreo Biscuits - 12 to 15
  • Unsalted Butter - 75 grams + 25 grams
  • Dried Shredded Coconut - 21/2 cups
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk - ¾ cup
  • Dark Chocolate Chips - 1 cup

Instructions

  • Take oreo cookies in a blender and powder them.
  • Take 75 grams of butter in a sauce pan, melt it down. Add the powdered biscuit and mix well.
  • Pour this in a pan which is lined with parchment paper and press it down. Chill this in fridge till needed.
  • Now make the coconut filling, take coconut and condensed milk in a sauce pan and cook that on low heat till it heats up. Now spoon this over the biscuit base and chill in fridge till needed.
  • Now take chocolate and 25 grams of butter in a sauce pan and melt gently till the chocolate is melted.
  • Now pour this over the coconut and chill in fridge till set about 2 to 4 hours.
  • Now cut into squares and serve.
