Ingredients

Instant Oats - 1 cup / 90 grams
▢
Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup / 120 grams
▢
Water - 1 ¼ cup / 300 ml
▢
Jaggery or Brown Sugar - 1 cup / 180 grams
▢
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
▢
Cocoa Powder - 3 tblspn
▢
Oil - ¼ cup / 60 ml
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Oil a 20 cm square baking pan and coat it with flour. Set aside.

Powder oats coarsely and set aside.
▢
Mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa. Mix well and set aside.
▢
Take water, sugar, oil in a bowl and mix well.
▢
Add in dry ingredients and mix well.
▢
Pour this in baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 mins.
▢
Remove it and let it cool for 10 mins. Invert it to a board and let it cool down.
▢
Sprinkle top with icing sugar and slice into squares.
▢
Serve.
