Ingredients

  • Moong Sprouts - 2 cups
  • Potato - 1 large peeled chopped and boiled
  • Carrot - 1 small chopped
  • Onion - 1 small chopped finely
  • Coriander leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped
  • Lemon Juice to taste
  • Black Salt to taste
  • Chat Masala Powder to taste
  • Chilli Powder to taste

Instructions

  • Take moong sprouts in a colander and place it over a sauce pan of boiling water and steam cook for 5 to 6 mins till it is done.
  • Now take this in a bowl and add all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve.
