Heat butter in a pan, add in cardamom and fry them for few mins.
Now add in tomatoes, green chillies and mix well. Add in ginger garlic paste and pureed tomatoes. Add in salt, sugar. spice powder and cook everything till oil separates.
Now add in chicken and mix well. Toss the chicken in the masala till it is well coated.
Pour in little water and cook covered on a low heat till the chicken is completely cooked through for about 30 mins.
Mix cornflour with little water. Add this to the curry and Mix well.
