Ingredients

  • 1 tblspn Oil
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds / Kaduku
  • 1 tsp Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu
  • a pinch Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi
  • 2 broken into small pieces Dry Red Chillies
  • a sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tblspn Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 cups Cooked Idiyappam

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients given till turmeric powder and let them sizzle.
  • Add in lemon juice and salt and mix well.
  • Add in cooked idiyappam and mix well.
  • Serve.
