Ingredients

  • 2 Tortilla
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion sliced thinly
  • ½ Capsicum / Bell Pepper sliced thinly
  • 1 Chicken boneless breast cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • Mozzarella Cheese as needed

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add in garlic and saute for a min.
  • Add in onions, bell peppers and saute for couple of mins.
  • Now add in chicken and stir fry till it is done.
  • Now add in ketchup, salt and chilli flakes. Mix that well till is well cooked. Filling done.
  • Take a tortilla, spoon chicken filling on one side of the tortilla, top with onion, capsicum, italian seasoning, chilli flakes and cheese.
  • Fold it over and brush oil on both sides of the tortilla.
  • Now put this on heated grill pan and cook till it gets crispy and gets grill mark on both sides.
  • Remove to a cutting board and cut into wedges.
  • Serve.
