Ingredients

Tortilla
▢

tbsp
Olive Oil
▢
2
cloves
Garlic
▢

Onion sliced thinly
▢
½
Capsicum / Bell Pepper sliced thinly
▢

Chicken boneless breast cut into small pieces
▢

tsp
Italian Seasoning
▢

tbsp
Tomato Ketchup
▢
Salt to taste
▢

Red Chilli Flakes

Mozzarella Cheese as needed
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add in garlic and saute for a min.
▢
Add in onions, bell peppers and saute for couple of mins.
▢
Now add in chicken and stir fry till it is done.
▢
Now add in ketchup, salt and chilli flakes. Mix that well till is well cooked. Filling done.
▢
Take a tortilla, spoon chicken filling on one side of the tortilla, top with onion, capsicum, italian seasoning, chilli flakes and cheese.
▢
Fold it over and brush oil on both sides of the tortilla.
▢
Now put this on heated grill pan and cook till it gets crispy and gets grill mark on both sides.
▢
Remove to a cutting board and cut into wedges.
▢
Serve.
