Ingredients
▢
Burger Buns
▢
Peas-1 cup
defrosted
▢
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tblspn
▢
Green chilli-2
▢
Coriander leaves-1 tblspn chopped
▢
Gram
flour-½ cup
▢
Breadcrumbs-3 tblspn
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Oil for shallow frying
▢
For topping:
▢
Onion-sliced into round
▢
Tomato-sliced into round
▢
Lemon juice as per taste
Instructions
▢
Take the peas, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, salt, coriander leaves in a mixer and make it into a coarse puree.Tip this into a bowl.
▢
Add in gram flour, breadcrumbs and mix well.
▢
Form into pattice as per your liking and shallow fry in oil till crispy.
▢
For assembling the burger, toast your buns and Place this burger pattice over it and top with sliced onions, tomatoes and squeeze some lemon juice.
▢
Cover with the other half of the bun and dig in straight away or wrap it in foil and take to picnic.
