Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 large Onions sliced thinly
  • 2 Green chillies slit
  • 1 large Bitter Gourd / Pavakkai sliced thinly
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • Lemon Juice to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add in onions, bitter gourd and chillies.
  • Saute this on low to medium heat till it is cooked and well browned..
  • Now add in salt, chilli powder and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Serve.
