Ingredients

  • Chicken Legs - 2
  • Oil - 2 tblspn
  • Spring Onion for Garnishing
  • For Marination:
  • Korean Chilli Paste / Hot pepper paste Gochujang - 1 tblspn
  • Honey - 2 tblspn
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 2 cloves chopped finely

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
  • Mix all the ingredients for marination together.
  • Heat oil in a pan and seal the chicken well on both sides. Remove to a baking dish.
  • Spoon marination on sides of the chicken.
  • Bake this for 40 to 45 mins. Remove it and serve with a scattering of spring onion..
