Ingredients
▢
Chicken Breast - 2 medium size ones
▢
All Purpose Flour / Maida - ½ cup
▢
Egg - 2
▢
Milk or Water - 2 tblspn
▢
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup or as needed
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Pepper to taste
▢
Oil - 4 to 6 tblspn for pan frying
Instructions
▢
Take chicken breast in a board, cut it in the middle to divide it into two portion. Season it well with salt and pepper on both sides.
▢
Now season the flour and breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
▢
Take egg in a bowl, add in water or milk and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
▢
Now take the chicken and dredge it with flour on both sides, dip it in egg and coat it with breadcrumbs on both sides.
▢
Heat oil for pan frying, dop chicken in and pan fry for 4 to 5 mins till golden.
▢
Drain on to some paper towel and serve.
