Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast - 2 medium size ones
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - ½ cup
  • Egg - 2
  • Milk or Water - 2 tblspn
  • Bread Crumbs - 1 cup or as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil - 4 to 6 tblspn for pan frying

Instructions

  • Take chicken breast in a board, cut it in the middle to divide it into two portion. Season it well with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Now season the flour and breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
  • Take egg in a bowl, add in water or milk and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  • Now take the chicken and dredge it with flour on both sides, dip it in egg and coat it with breadcrumbs on both sides.
  • Heat oil for pan frying, dop chicken in and pan fry for 4 to 5 mins till golden.
  • Drain on to some paper towel and serve.
