Ingredients

  • Vegetables of your choice i used carrots, beans and spring onions - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - ½ tsp optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sugar - ¼ tsp
  • Powdered Nuts - 2 tblspn i used cashew, badam and walnuts will work too
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tblspn finely chopped

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin and let them sizzle.
  • Add in veggies and mix well. Cook them for 5 mins or so.
  • Add in salt, sugar and pepper and mix well.
  • Add in nuts powders and mix well.
  • Finally add in coriander leaves and give a good mix.
  • Serve with rice
