Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp 
  • 1 cubed Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Rasam Powder  (RECIPE HERE)
  • 2 slit Green Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander Leaves a handful finely chopped
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Take tamarind pulp in a pan, add in water and tomatoes. Use your hands to crush it lightly.
  • Now add in all the ingredients except coriander leaves.
  • Bring it to boil and once it starts to boil, add in coriander leaves.
  • Mix well and serve.
