Ingredients
▢
½ cup / 100 grams Sugar
▢
¼ cup / 60 ml Oil
I used vegetable oil
▢
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
▢
½ cup / 120 ml Thick Unsour Curd / Yogurt
▢
½ cup / 60 grams Whole Wheat Flour / Atta
▢
½ cup / 60 grams All Purpose Flour / Maida
▢
½ tsp Baking Soda
▢
½ tsp Baking Powder
▢
1 cup chopped Strawberries
▢
1 tblspn
optional Milk
▢
Measuring cup quantity 1 cup = 240 ml
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Brush muffin tray with some oil and set aside..I used non stick ones..You can line them with cupcake cases as well.
▢
Now take banana in a bowl and mash it roughly with whisk or fork.
▢
Add in sugar, oil, curd, vanilla and beat well.
▢
Sift in flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well. If your batter is too thick add a tblspn of milk to thin it slightly.
▢
Add in chopped strawberries and mix well.
▢
Use a icecream scoop and fill your muffin cases.
▢
Bake for 15 to 20 mins till it is cooked.Insert a tooth pick to check.
▢
Let it cool for 5 mins. Now remove them from the tin and serve warm.
