Instructions
Dry roast, poha, sooji and urad dal flour for few mins. Take it in a blender and powder finely.
Roast rice flour and besan lightly and set aside.
Now take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Store in a air tight container.
When making dosa, take the flour and add in water to make a batter. Add in salt and mix well.
Heat tawa, spoon the batter in and spread it into a thin dosa. Drizzle oil around the sides and cook till golden, flip over and cook for few more mins. serve.
Notes:
1)If you are making the dosa without fermenting, then you have to add either eno fruit salt or baking soda.
2)If you are fermenting the dosa batter, dont need to add the eno salt or baking soda. I strongly suggest you to ferment the batter before making the dosa for taste.
