Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spinach chopped
  • 4 eggs Egg whites
  • 3 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a frying pan and add spinach to it. Cook till it gets wilted and cooked.
  • Top it with mozzarella and set it to the side of the pan..
  • Pour in egg whites and start scrambling. Now mix the spinach with the eggs.
  • Season with some salt and pepper.
  • Serve it with some crunchy toast.
