Instructions
▢
Break potatoes roughly. Set aside.
▢
Heat oil or ghee in a kadai. Add in cumin and let it sizzle.
▢
Add in tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell leaves from this.
▢
Add in all spice powders and cook till oil separates.
▢
Now add in water, salt, and sugar. bring it to boil.
▢
Once it boils, add in potatoes and simmer for 2 mins.
▢
Now add in kasuri methi leaves and mix well.
▢
Serve.
