1 Min Egg Pizza Recipe with step by step pictures. This is a easy pizza which has a lot of vegetables with eggs cracked all over it. It can be served as a regular breakfast or even as an evening snack.
Heat oil in a pan, add in onions, tomatoes and garlic. Saute for 2 mins.
Add in tomato ketchup and mix well. Add in salt and chilli powder as well. Add in oregano and mix well
Now place your pizza base in a microwave safe plate. Spread this over it, place sliced eggs over it.
Sprinkle some onions and tomatoes over it.
Sprinkle lots of grated cheese over it, sprinkle with more oregano and chilli flakes.
Now pop this in microwave for a min, or you can place this in a tawa, cover and cook on a low heat for 2 mins or so till the cheese is melted.
Remove, slice and serve.

1)I cooked this in microwave high power for a min.
2)You can use whatever toppings you like.
